Description
This wool wash bar is made with saponified organic oils of coconut, olive, and sunflower, water and pure lanolin. It is designed to care for all your woolen goods – to wash yarn, favourite sweaters or woolen knits that need a gentler touch and something to keep them soft. The concentrated lanolin in these bars ensures the wool doesn’t get dry and scratchy. Perfect for knitters, yarn dyers or home use!
Handmade using cold process method, these bars have no added colourants and are unscented or lightly scented with essential oils of lavender and bergamot. An approximate weight of 3oz (85g) these bars are handcut, size and colour may vary.
Directions for use:
Fill sink or wash basin with cool water, and use soap bar to create lather. Your water will be milky, this is normal. Soak your knits for 10-15 minutes. Remove, rinse, block and dry woolen items.
Allow your bar to dry properly between uses, I suggest hanging to dry in one of our soap saver bags. You can choose to purchase along with a bag if needed. Otherwise keep in a cool, dry place.
