Soapmaking Party

Description

Looking for something new to do with friends? Come have fun, learn a new skill and bring home some natural bar soap. My soapmaking parties are just the thing for your next shower, birthday, or quality time get together.

Choose a unique essential oil scent blend for your soap, a natural clay colourant, and customize your bars. Watch me make the soap and then it’s your turn to make your own bar designs and personalize your soap.  Everything you need will be provided and you will leave class with a few bars of luxurious handmade soap and your curing instructions.

Classes are held in West End Winnipeg out of the community kitchen space at 625 Spruce St (Centre for Spiritual Living). There are no handouts or recipes given with this class. (If you are interested in a more in depth class where you do all the steps yourself to make your own soap, you may want to look into taking the Beginner Soapmaking Class instead)

$50 per person plus tax, minimum 6 person and maximum 10 people

To note;  full payment for this workshop is required upon registration.  Must be 18 yrs or older to attend or over 12 yrs and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

To attend this class, you must be properly attired for lye safety and have legs covered and closed toed shoes. Long sleeves is also recommended. No loose or hanging clothing please. Gloves, face shields and aprons will be provided.
