Canada Post strike
SHIPPING UPDATE – During the current Canada Post strike, we will be shipping most orders via Sendle.
Sendle does not deliver to PO Boxes or some remote and rural addresses, so some orders may not be deliverable until the strike is over.
Free or Flat Rate shipping will not be available for NT, NU, YT and some remote or rural addresses.
General shipping information
Due to high volume or the fact that I am a solo small business owner, some orders may take longer to ship. I am working hard to get them out as quickly as I can. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your parcel is shipped. Please note that there can be a 24-48 hour delay for parcel tracking to activate.
Please allow 2-7 business days for me to process and pack your order and know that I appreciate every one!
I am happy to offer 100% refund or exchanges within 30 days (see below for refund/return conditions).

Standard $18 (2-8 business days)
Express $25 (1-4 business days)
USA Shipping
I am sad to say that as of August 25, 2025 we will no longer offer shipping to the US because of the de minimus exemption for small business ending on August 29. If anything changes in the processing of tariffs or I can find a courier who offers delivery included pricing this may change in the future. I am sorry to all our US based customers, I hope to find another option for you soon!
International Shipping
I currently only offer shipping within Canada for my cosmetic products as my insurance allows.
Art prints ship worldwide, please allow 2-7 business days for order processing.
International Air service (1 to 2 weeks – not tracked).
Tracked Package (1 to 2 weeks).
Please contact your customs authority to find out if any additional import fees or taxes will be charged.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will also be available for damaged products or quality control issues. Please contact Rebecca at artsoaplife@gmail.com with any issues.

To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or are unhappy with your products, send us an email at artsoaplife@gmail.com
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
