  5. Open confirmation email and review order before your next delivery to add-on or change subscription.
    • Once you have an existing subscription, you can add individual products to it, upgrade, downgrade, cancel or suspend (place on hold until ready to resume) your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account and visiting the MY ACCOUNT page under the subscriptions tab.

Does my subscription cost include delivery?

Yes it does. The listed price includes local, emission free delivery in Winnipeg to your door at the interval chosen.

How long is the term of the subscription?

The subscription is open ended, and will continue until you cancel – which you can do at any time, please give at least 48 hours before your upcoming subscription delivery date.

Can I subscribe if I live outside Winnipeg, Manitoba?

Yes. For free delivery, the current area is just for Winnipeg and available with regular shipping rates to anywhere in Canada. I hope to offer cheaper shipping options outside of Winnipeg in the future as well.

Can I change my scent/product options?

Yes. Often a package will have a choice of lotion bar or body butter, and a choice of scent. We can rotate which you will receive or give us a specific selection of your choice at least 48 hours before your next delivery. Custom listings can also be created to suit your product needs.

Can I skip a subscription?

Yes. You have the ability to suspend (put on hold) a renewal until the next period, or until you are ready to continue with deliveries. Just log into the site and visit the MY ACCOUNT page and see subscriptions tab to manage your subscriptions.

How soon can I expect my subscription order?

Order processing will be 1-3 days, but I will do my best for next day delivery once subscription has been ordered!

What if I need a more customized product selection?

Use the email form below to contact Rebecca directly and we can create a custom listing with the products you want at the renewal timeframe you need. We can even name is after you!
