It is handcut, weighing 120g a bar, larger than our average bars (85g) and with proper storage where the bar can stay dry between uses, this bar should last you many weeks, and replaces a bottle or more of dish detergent and stain removal spray. Use with a sponge, or dish cloth for plates, cups and bowls or a dish brush for heavier dishware or stuck on food. Use it to wash your counters too! (Do not use soap on cast iron) Great for spot cleaning carpets or fabrics, and laundry stain removal. This bar is a very versatile and effective cleanser. Rub bar in a circular motion with a wet cloth, sponge or scrub brush using a small amount of water and lather directly onto surface you are cleaning. Rinse well.

Hardly need to use any when washing! I also bought the dish brush and use it with this, removed my sponge brush (with the detergent in the handle) replaced with these two items and love them!
